Please note that we are not a crisis center. If you or someone you know is experiencing an emergency, we urge you to dial **911** or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting **988** for immediate assistance.

Grief and loss

Life transitions and personal growth

Whether you’re seeking guidance for emotional struggles, spiritual renewal, or relational restoration, we are here to walk with you every step of the way.

We can learn so much from a simple conversation. As human beings we are constantly evolving, therefore, I thrive on learning from the professionals surrounding me, community members, my church, and my clients. My work is my purpose and I love every moment, presumably why it doesn’t feel like work. In 2018 I was led to volunteer as a facilitator at Jessica’s House, a grief center here in Turlock. Little did I know the Lord’s plans for me. Nothing humbles me more than working with individuals who find the courage and have faith in me to guide them in their journey toward healing and growth.

During my time working with the kids and their families, I knew in my heart that I wanted to play a big part in making a difference. Here I am a few years later following through with God’s plans to pursue my purpose and passion as a Therapist. When I’m not in the office, you will find me beachfront journaling or reading a good book. I have more books than I have space for, but mostly you will find me doing something adventurous with my son and loved ones.

It takes courage to accept change is needed and bravery to make that first call. I hope that you can come in with an open heart and mind and allow me to walk alongside you in creating a safe and comfortable to guide you toward your healing and growth.

If my life were written as a story, the opening chapter would be one of compassion, curiosity, and the power of transformation. I’ve always been drawn to understanding human experiences. My passion has led me to become a professional clinical counselor, where I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life as they face their own unique challenges. I know firsthand the reality of feeling overwhelmed and uncertain, wondering whether change is even possible. But I’ve also witnessed the profound strength that emerges when we choose to confront those roadblocks.

In my work, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. As we work together, we focus on finding ways to move forward. Whether it’s navigating difficult emotions, healing from trauma, or developing stronger relationships, I have seen the transformative power of therapy to guide people toward their goals.

My aim is to equip my clients with the tools they need to manage their emotions, cope with stress, and ultimately lead a more present, positive, and productive life. The truth is that change is achievable. Life’s problems, though difficult, offer us opportunities for growth, and my role as a counselor is to help others see and seize those opportunities.
