About THE ROLE

We're seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Part-Time Audio/Video and Lighting Technician to support the Production Team needs for weekend services, ministries, and special events.

What You’ll Do

Operate audio, video, and/or lighting for weekend services between both Campuses.
Serve as primary AVL Tech for Celebrate Recovery services as needed.
Provide AVL support for midweek Student Ministry services as needed.
Provide AVL support for special events as needed.
Support with seasonal and special event stage design and installation.
Support with AVL installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Some experience with live audio, video, or lighting in a church, school, volunteer, or production environment preferred
Basic understanding of sound systems, microphones, stage lighting, presentation software, and video playback
Willingness to learn AVL systems, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and production best practices
Strong attention to detail and dependability
Supportive of the church’s mission
