New Life Christian Center is a growing church of around 2,500 in Turlock, CA, with an additional campus in Patterson. Our mission is to love people one step closer to Jesus, including the next generation.

About THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate leader to guide our middle and high school students in their walk with Jesus. This role includes leading weekly gatherings, developing student leaders, organizing events, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.

What You’ll Do

Lead weekly youth services, small groups, and Bible studies
Build and care for a team of committed volunteers
Plan retreats, events, and outreach opportunities
Invest in students relationally and spiritually
Partner with parents in the discipleship journey
Collaborate with church staff to integrate student ministry into the life of the church
